STORM Team are hand picked by the instructors and other STORM members. To be eligible for this honor the students must demonstrate a desire to help others in class, have a strong team attitude, and demonstrates exceptional martial arts abilities. STORM members are the first students into the dojo and the last ones to leave. The program also acts as a stepping stone for students interested in becoming members of the black belt club and eventually assistant or even full instructors.

It takes a special person to be on the STORM team. A candidate is recommended by a current STORM member and then is offered the chance to join the team. Each member of the team makes a valuable commitment to helping and volunteering several times a week. On top of this they also attend a special STORM meeting once a week to help develop and learn teaching abilities, discuss ideas for future classes, and way to raise funds to help other students who may not have the finical means to pay for tuition, testing fees, or a much need new gi.

Their dedication and love for the classes are the driving force to our schools. Classes run smoothly and more students reach their goals every day because of all the behind-the-scene action of your friendly neighborhood STORM Team
